In additional to that, having a dedicated account manager and team means you’ll be working with individuals familiar with your accounts that are highly efficient.
What does my team do and what’s so great about having a devoted team?
Your bookkeeping team speedy and proficiently updates your books while your account manager reviews, provides consultation and suggest new effective and efficient processes to help the business. We want to know your business as well as you do. Working with the same team creates client trust and security while encouraging expertise in that fields. Your account manager will be familiar with tax breaks you could be missing, properly expensing accounts and other tidbits.

Can FIFO do my taxes?
FIFO does not do taxes but we do prepare your company for tax season. All you have to do is give your tax planner or CPA your end of year closing documents. We usually have this information on file and can forward the documents on your behalf.
Can you replace my CPA or tax prepare?
No, our goal is to prepare your company’s financials for your CPA or tax preparer. We work alongside them and will be happy to be your liaison.
Why not hire my own bookkeeper?
A staff bookkeeper can be an asset if your company has enough work. If not, you are losing money paying benefits and idle staff. It’s a crucial decision for all small to mid-sized companies.
I have multiple locations/business; can you still handle my account?
FIFO specializes in bookkeeping services. The books for each location and or business will be separately managed with reports for overall and comparison insight. You’ll also receive a discount on each addition account with FIFO.
I don’t see a package listed that fits my company’s needs, what now?
All companies don’t fit the same mold and we’re happy to evaluate your company’s needs. Please call the office for a custom bid.
Am I Bound to a contract?
Not at all. Cancel your services anytime and receive a digital copy of the ledger and all reports given to you since we’ve been working together.
FIFO works really hard to keep our clients happy. We have no doubt after a month with our team you’ll become family.
